We ship via UPS only.

Our shipping hours are:
Monday - Friday: 10:00am - 3:30pm PST
Free UPS ground shipping for contiguous 48 states. Late Friday orders, holiday or weekend orders will be shipped the following Monday or first normal business day afterward.
If you need custom shipping criteria, please contact us.

Most items are shipped in its retail box. If you need an item to be shipped with extra packaging, please contact us to work out special arrangements.

We do NOT ship to P.O. boxes or out of the United States.
If you would like us to ship out of the U.S.A. or to a P.O. box please contact us for special arrangements.

Expedited shipping is calculated by total price and shipping weight plus $5 packaging and hanlding charge.

All in stock products shipped within 24 hours (mon-fri).

Arrangements for a return/exchange can then be made. We will issue you an RMA number.
Returns will NOT be accepted without an RMA (Return Merchandise Approval) number.
This number helps us keep track of returns and helps us to better serve you.


REFUND & CREDIT

Full credit of the value of the merchandise you purchased will be made through your credit card. After
receiving your returned merchandise. Shipping and Handling is not refundable.
